| 职位描述： |
Main Responsibilities工作职责：
-Control and coordinate the quality management task on department cooperation
与各部门协调并实施质量管理
- Manage the metrology group (incl. gages setters and finish auditors) to assure the dimensional integrity of products
负责测量组（包括量具校准员、成品核验员）的管理，确保产品尺寸合格
- Direct all kinds of quality requirements such as QS9000 and VDA activities, assure maintenance and effective implementation of environmental system and procedures in accordance with the requirements of the ISO14001 standards
QS9000、VDA等各类质量要求的实施指导，维护并有效实施符合ISO14001标准的环境管理体系
- Assure a competent quality staff with adequate training, facilities and equipment to complete their tasks
通过恰当的人员培训和合理的器具使用建立高效的工作团队
- Plan and manage the budget of the Quality Department, provide strategic planning in Quality area
管理并制定质量部门预算，提供质量管理方面的战略性规划
- Describe the system''s validity and advance quality improvement plan
评估现有体系的有效性，并提出质量改进计划
- Continuously improve the quality area, his/herself as well as the company
持续优化质量管理工作、不断完善公司管理和自身发展
Qualifications & Requirements任职要求：
- age below 50, Bachelor degree (or above) in Textile, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or other relevant majors
50岁以下，纺织工程、机械工程、化学或相关专业本科及以上学历
- at least 5 years working experience in the field of quality control of consumer goods, knowledge of textile products highly preferred
至少5年消费品质量管理经验，有纺织品背景知识者优先
- familiar with various quality standards as well as management and environmental systems, such as ISO, QS and VDA
熟悉各种质量标准以及管理和环境管理体系, 比如ISO、QS和VDA
- good command of both spoken and written English as well as computer operation
英语口语及书面表达流利，电脑操作熟练
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with management ability, work with strong sense of responsibility
人际沟通能力强，具有管理能力，富有责任心 |
