| 职位描述： |
Main Responsibilities工作职责：
- Carry out Time in Motion studies and develop standards for all production departments
对生产环节进行计时统计，为各生产部门制订开发相关工艺标准
- Measure and communicate performance/efficiency against standards in all production areas
对生产领域中违反工艺标准的行为进行绩效度量并组织沟通
- Organise and carry out probation and yearly assessment of hourly paid employees in co-ordination with Human Resource Department and Departmental Managers
与人力资源部和部门经理协作，对小时工进行试用和年度考核
- Liaise with Production and Finance management on developed standards
就所开发的工艺标准与生产和财务管理部门保持沟通
- Liaise with Logistic Department on capacity and throughput-times, line balancing
与物流部门沟通产能、运转周期和产线平衡事宜
- Develop and calculate estimated standards for new articles
针对新品开发和预估工艺标准
- Develop and maintain statistics
实施统计，并维护统计数据
- Create and maintain SAP work plans and BOM
建立并维护SAP工作计划和物料清单（BOM）
- Establish and run training centre efficiently to provide an efficient and safe Training and Health & Safety Service to all production departments
建立并维护培训中心的有效运行，为生产部门提供有效的培训及职业安全健康服务
- Organise, schedule and carry out specific training both internal and external as well as maintain excellent training records at all times
组织、安排并实施内外部特定培训，及时做好培训记录
- Develop yearly training plan/overview and administer all training plans and keep up-to-date
制定年度培训计划/回顾，管理所有培训计划并持续更新
Qualifications & Requirements任职要求：
- age 28 to 45, minimum college degree in IE Engineering or highly related majors
28至45岁，IE工程管理或相关专业大专及以上学历
- at least 3 years working experience as IE Engineer or with equivalent function in (sewing) threads or clothing industry
至少3年制线（缝纫线）或服装行业IE工程师或同等职位工作经验
- with acquired knowledge in standard development and line balancing
对工艺标准的开发制定以及生产线平衡有一定了解
- excellent command of computer operations, familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP system and other IE Engineering tools
电脑操作熟练，熟悉电脑办公软件、SAP系统及其他IE工程工具
- good command of both spoken and written English
英语口语及书面表达流利
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, team-player, work with strong sense of responsibility
人际沟通能力强，具有团队精神，富有责任心 |
