职位描述: |
Main Responsibilities工作职责:
- Responsible for establishing, developing and implementing fundamental HR policies
负责建立、发展并执行人力资源基本制度
- Ensure correct and timely wage payment as well as effective HR management and supervision
正确、按时发放工资,实行有效的人力资源管理和监督
- Establish integrated HR management system (personnel planning, recruitment, development, training, dismissal), and wage and motivation system in accordance with the local conditions
建立完整的人力资源管理体系(人员规划、招聘、发展、培训、解聘)和符合当地条件的奖惩工资制度
- Responsible for the negotiation with the labour/staff representative
负责同员工代表进行沟通和协商
- Assist in answering questions regarding working safety and working medical care
协助解答工作安全及职工医疗待遇方面的问题
- Manage and coordinate insurance affairs
负责管理并协调保险事宜
- Act as representative of the company and be responsible for company interest in communication with local authorities and other institutions
代表公司与当地有关部门及机构沟通,维护公司利益
- Entrusted to protect the company data
保护公司信息
- Establish, organize and manage the social services of the company, such as Canteen, dormitories and shuttle bus
建立、组织并管理公司的福利设施,如:餐厅、宿舍和班车
Qualifications & Requirements任职要求:
- Age 30-45, Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR, Management or the relevant
年龄30-45岁,人力资源、管理或其它相关专业本科(或以上)学历
- At least 5 years’ experience of HR with leading function, in an international Company with more than 100 employees preferred
5年以上人力资源管理经验,有大型跨国企业(100人以上)工作经验者优先
- Good command of both written & spoken English
熟练的英语口语及书面表达
- Be familiar with all kinds of regulations and policies regarding labor and social security in China
