| 职位描述： |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Understands material make up, dying techniques, coatings and printing process熟悉纺织原料，染色工艺，后整涂层和印花生产
 Should specialized in the area of printing of fabrics, heat transfer, roller set up必须精通印花面料，转移印花，花筒和版辊的制作；
 Understands 4 color process
 Understands the importance of correctness熟悉印花质量的控制；
 Understands the system and software that are needed to manage this process了解印花的生产系统和软件系统
 Interest in sourcing would be a plus对采购有兴趣者更佳；
 Understand equipment to approve color or know color approval beyong using only Panatone/PMS colors. 熟悉光源设备，熟悉Pantone/PMS等系列颜色的对色和确认工作。
Qualifications:
 College graduate in textile printing technology or related fields
 Good knowledge of fabric printing technology with special attention to licensed products
 Good English skill is necessary
