UK GRIFFITH TEXTILE MACHINES
Offers carpet machinery to the world. We are opening a Service Office in China
and are looking for the following positions to be filled :
Electrical Installation/Service Technician
Must be self-motivated, have the ability to work on own initiative and have experience of machine and control panel wiring, machine electrical installation and commissioning and test/trouble shoot electrical control systems including PLC, power supply, inverter drive and computer driven systems. Must also have an understanding of PLC programming, preferably Mitsubishi and have an electrically based certificate. Minimum 5 years working experience. Mechanical skills or experience in a weaving environment, especially in Axminster carpet weaving or Sulzer projectile loom weaving, would be an advantage. Be able to communicate in English. Duties include multi task work associated with machinery for the textile industry, including installation, commission and service. Must be willing to travel and work away from home. Salary negotiable.
